Don’t care to get back to you.

I wrote a review on the 3 May - one of the points stated in the review was the fact that the store manager hadn’t gotten back to us after 5days. Pnp responded on “this” site saying that they have sent my case to management and will get back to me. No-one has gotten back to me! I’ve not recieved any appology or explanation. It’s been 14 days!
