Don't care attitude

To whom it may concern.

This is the second incident I have of bad or unfriendly service that is given to the customers of pic n Pay in Meadopoint (Meadolands soweto),

I went to pic n pay on date 2019/06/06 to by pre-paid electricity and a few cleaning detergents,

I got to the Kiosk and found that the till had somehow locked or stuck as the till operator that goes by the name (Dudu or Gugu) had informed me, She then attempted to call someone for help but she was doing that at her own pace while conversing with another till operator, that is when i informed the kiosk operator that she is taking her time in assisting and her response was that if i was in a hurry then i should just go to a different till and seek assistance there,

I then informed her line manager which when trying to speak to the till operator she was still giving attitude so i just left the shop.

My question to pic n pay is

Which policies or internal training do you have in place to assist the stuff in handling or talking to the customer that is looking to quickly run in and out of the shop without encountering such poor service to a customer.

The pic n pay in Meadopoint really needs a Boost when it comes to customer satisfaction; maybe a few might go the extra mile for customers but most work with a heavy heart for some reason.
