Dont care about the people who support them

We were in an accident on the 5th of January 2020 in the parking area due to a delivery truck that was in the way, busy with deliveries. When I asked the branch for the details of this delivery truck, they simply told me they don't want to get involved. And I was just asking for the name of the company that did the delivery. We support this branch a lot and this is the help we get. I will never support this branch again and I will tell everyone how they don't care about their people that supports them
