DONT BUY PICK N PAY BRANDED ITEMS

Do not buy Pick n Pay Brand of Hot dog Rolls. They went off before their expiry date.3 Days to be exact!!! Have never seen such a disgusting bread roll in all my life! It made me sick to my stomach. They looked like someone had spread BACTARIA like a paste inside the whole roll, Then to make matters worse, when I complained to P n Pay Customer service it took ages to get back to me. When they did the lady even agreed it was disgusting and would be in touch. Eventually after the run around a lady from P n Pay Hyper by the sea-D. North. Called me and asked me what I would like done. Can you believe it!!! She said would you like another pack of rolls. I informed her that I had bought a dozen and would never buy their rolls again! So very offishly said ok we will give you a gift voucher for 2 packs. Can they spare it!!!! P n Pay a HUGE company offering me a R40 Gift voucher which I might add, I had to go and collect. Only to find it would only pay for one pack and not 2. I was astonished!! You would think P n Pay was going out of business, as a pathetic R40 voucher for Bread rolls with THEIR Brand on it! In future I will never buy their brand and only buy Bakers or Albany. What really got to me is their attitude and then a miserable R40. Could they spare it. P n Pay Customer Service as a whole are absolutely pathetic!!! Need training desperately!!
