Don't buy Pick and Pay gift vouchers

Trying to use a gift voucher is a nightmare, you cannot use vouchers on ASAP and the store says their vouchers are offline Yesterday we were told it is because it is Sunday and today they said they will query with their It department The staff at Somerset Mall are pathetic, they say their scanners were removed during renovations and never given back, so no scanners, they type in every number for smart card and vouchers and then it does not work What is suppose to be a gift for someone cannot be handled by their stores, shameful
