DONT BUY ONLINE AT PNP

Worst experience at PnP online. I bought a 55" TV online, that same afternoon a pnp employee phoned to tell us that the 55" tv is out of stock, but they do have the 50" in stock. They did a refund (I am still waiting for the refund and its the 4th business day) Anyhow they deducted the money from my account that same day for the 50" tv just to phone me the following day to say that the 50" tv is also out of stock. Now I am waiting for both the refunds to show in my account. And the 55" TV that they say is out of stock still shows that its in stock a week later so I am just wondering how many other people they are catching with this???
