Don't buy meat from PnP Galleria!!!
I bought two packs of oxtail from PnP Galleria and it was ROTTEN. Smelled so vile. I called customer care and emailed them the documents they requested and they simply never responded. For your own safety do not purchase meat from that Pick n Pay and I want my money back

26 May 2022, 20:20Thank you to PNP Galleria for responding promptly to my compliant!!!! Pity that the general PNP customer line ignored my initial compliant and soured my experience even further. But Thulani at the Galleria Butchery saved the day.
