Don’t Shop with Pick ‘n Pay Clothing Online !!!

Worst online shopping experience I have ever had ! I placed and payed for an order on the 12th of May . I received no tracking number via sms or email until now . When I emailed their Clothing Online queries department, I had attached my invoice to the email , I had order black track suit pants . Their online department responded saying “ I’m sorry you can’t find these kinds of dresses “ ( totally unrelated) . I then sent an email to Online orders explaining that I still have no tracking number for my order. I still have had no response . Then I called their customer care to explain the situation, the only thing they could do was say they will escalate the complaint . I have still no tracking order , no response from this company , no product, no refund . Honestly I have ordered products from Chine easier than dealing with Pick n pay . Save yourself the trouble and money and don’t buy from them .
