DONT BUY CAKE FROM PICK N PAY

I ordered a cake on the 16th Oct to collect on the 19th Oct 2020. when I went to fetch the cake , there was no cake... I then said to the bakery lady that I would like for pick and Pay Lynnwood to deliver the cake at my work today on the 20th OCT 2020, when I called to reconfirm , there is no answer from the bakery. I then called the customer care center, and they also cannot help me they say I should have taken the telephone number of the person baking the cake , so I still have no cake....
