Don't buy a digital PnP voucher
I am humiliated, disappointed and embarassed. I have 2 digital PnP vouchers totaling R1000. I get to the till with a half full trolley and upon trying to redeem the vouchers, the cashier says that they seem to be offline and I cannot pay with the vouchers. I had to leave the bagged groceries right there because I did not have the money to pay. PnP shouldn't offer a service they cannot deliver on. I was totally humilliated when I had to leave a busy till que leaving a trolley of bagged groceries right there. I felt like crying.

I'm afraid nothing will make up for the humiliation I experienced, so feel free to investigate, but as far as I'm concerned, no actions you take will undo the damage. I have these two vouchers and am genuinely not interested in using it, as I was informed that the store cannot check whether they are on- or offline ahead of time, you only find out once they try to tender your payment by utilizing the voucher.
