Dont bother with PNP online deliveries, its a ripoff

PnP should not bother with on-line orderring. Firstly, when the lockdown happened I could not get a delivery slot for TWO weeks. On the morning of delivery, my credit card had an amount of over R1500 reserved. Then I got an sms saying the delivery would be here "between 13:55 and 14:55". At 15:55 the pantechnicon arrived. With less than HALF my order. The total was around R700. SO I paid nearly TEN PERCENT of my order for delivery and then still had to go to the shops to buy groceries, some of which I had waited two weeks for. The system is clearly flawed. Firstly, PNP could have asked me earlier to bring the delivery date forward once they had decided to use giant trucks, second, communicate with me that more than half the order was unavailable. I dont even believe it was true. Pnp has NO chicken? NO frozen fish on the special advertised that same day? I wrote to them before when I attempted to assist an old lady with her online shopping and we had to give it up, they never bothered to reply. They dont reply on twitter either so I dont expect them to respond to this either.
