Dont bother using the ASAP spp for deliveries

Order *** I placed an order on Pick n Pay ASAP at 10:00 this morning via the app! The app said delivery would be for 12pm and so I proceeded with the order. My order was delivered only at 16:00!!’ Don't bother trying to phone as I hels on dor 20mins without answer. I ordered and paid for Baby Soft toilet paper but was sent the pick n pay brand which is R40 cheaper. I want a delivery fee refund and the toilet paper refund. Worst customer service! You cannot reach anyone telephonically either. My best advise to all customers would be to rather use the Sixty60 app for deliveries. Their customer call centre answers calls and they deliver within 60mins. No wrong items sent!
