Don't bother using Pick 'n Pay Online Shopping

This was my 3rd time ordering via Online Shopping and the 2nd time it's a disaster. Order nr ********** 9 refers. Tonight 25/02/2019: (1) I didn't get my full delivery. Bin nr 520000RENTAL76153 was NOT received. (2) Your driver arrived at 20:00 when delivery was scheduled for between 17:00-18:00. (3) I had to carry 90% of the crates from your vehicle into the house myself as the packer was "too tired". I need to get feedback as to when I will be getting the missing items please.
