DONT ATTEMPT BUYING ELECTRONICS AT PNP AS IT WILL BE YOUR DUTY TO GET THEM FIXED EVEN UNDER WARRANTY

My father bought a tv at one of your stores in east rand last year around June and was told the tv is under three years warranty.

last week the tv went blank but the sound is on. We took it to Pick and Pay Tzaneen and we were told we cannot be assisted as the tv's is no longer under "PnP ' warranty but the supplier which is CZ electronics., and we need to send a form or contact the supplier. We asked for the forms and were told they came together with the tv, we then contacted the supplier and were told that's not the procedure ,PnP should have collected the tv and sent it to them, not the customer.

We contacted PnP Eastrand mall and they told us the exact story told by the supplier. When we contact PnP Tzaneen we are told that we need to bring in the tv but they will not assist us if there's no box. So the tv cannot be repaired without a boxx?????

Why does the purchase slip says its under three years warranty but the staff says one year and why the runarounds when wee need repairs done. Why is it my duty to contact the supplier yet I purchased it from your stores?

Can we just have the tv repaired please.
