don't support bbbee 1 companys

Hi I'm working for a black owned company with a level 1 bbbee status and eme. What I've found is company's like pick n pay say to me we got no space on there shelf for our products after 3 years off trying but a big company like tiger brands now comes a long and in october last year with the same product and given space immediately we would off created at least 800 jobs were tiger brands created no new opportunities with there line now I understand why black people and black owned company's feel despondent and feel there changes are to slow. Even though pick npay has a policy in place to support they don't abide by it I was tond from that office its the buyers decision so the policy doesnt. Mean any thing its there for show. Thanks.
