Don't shop with me unless you have many degrees

The pharmacist said that my prescription had expired - I disagreed. This did not please him, so he wanted to know how many degrees I had. I wanted to know what this had to do with satisfying a customer, and he blew up and told me not to shop at Pick n Pay again. He has my wife's repeat prescription so we have a problem because my wife does not want to be quizzed on her education levels.

ALL CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED THE SAME, IRRESPECTIVE OF EDUCATION!!!!
