Don't provide a service if you cannot execute

I made an order online, my delivery was late, total amount was different from invoice received on delivery and invoice when checking out online. I received expired meats, order was wrong. Payed for items that were not on the invoice. Some items ordered did not arrive.<br> <br> Sent two emails made a couple of calls and still no one has handled the situation. It's been close to two months now.<br> <br> The worst was being sent off meat. Someone packed that and sent it. Could not believe that.
