don't care attitude

I returned a purchase of PnP sachet fresh milk which had gone off apparently same day I bought it but only realised today when I came back from town and made me a cup of tea. I had to drive back to town, besides the return I also asked Corne` for taxi fare R20 to cater for petrol spent, wear & tear on my car. Was it not for the return of the milk I would not have gone back to town 'cause I did what I needed to do in town in the morning. His attitude and what he said told me in no uncertain terms to go jump in the lake..\my transport to come to PnP to sort out their mess was clearly not his problem or concern...Very dissapointing interaction with the branch manager Corne` but mostly in PnP for the type of managers they put in charge. A big up to Disebo for her professionalism. It seems she reports to Corne`."
