Does PNP care about their customers?

I have been a shopper at PnP for may years now. I am not into complaining but when I see something is wrong or Incorrect, Im going to call it out. This is not the first time I have had issues with PnP Promenade In Mitchell's Plain but this is the first time I am taking it online.

My Recently experience with the staff member of PnP has left my terrible frustrated. I don't know why I bother shopping there. I called today 10/12/18 to check on the price for the PNP branded 4lt orange juice 70%. I buy the juice every month and normally purchase between 12 to 16 of these 4lt. Over the last few years since I have been buying this juice (price was R21.99 since I started buying) the price has escalated by a lot. PNP rewards cards does not offer much discount towards the purchase of this juice and I only remember on two occasions every getting to use the discount. Just off the subject, a few weeks ago I also raised a concern with the app to their customer service team with regards to the expiration date of the discounts. I mean common, give discounts on products when the discounts expires a day when some of use gets paid. I got a water down reply which never answered my complain.

Back to the issue at hand. I called PNP today an inquired about the price as I notice that the price has been R55.99 for some time now. I have been in an out of PNP to check on the price for juice when ever i got time to pop in only to find to my dismay it remains unchanged. I called PNP promenade front desk and requested to be connected to someone from that department. I was on hold for a few seconds when a gentleman answered the phone after being transferred. I was very specific with my request on the type of juice and the price and got a reply that the juice is R47.99. I still confirm that this is for today and the reply was yes. Shortly after confirming the price the line started to buzz and we lost connection. I never bothered to callback as I confirmed the price and believed it to be correct. I immediately called my wife as I was unable to make it there before closing and informed her of the price today and to purchase 14 4lts. She got there just before 6pm and discovered that the price is still unchanged. I even asked her to check with the customer service team and possible track down the person (Who's name I failed to check) to verify the price and sadly was told that the still the price.

Now you probability thinking, how do we proof this. Well I cant. You can take the word of a Faithful shopper for years, check my shopping history and see that I have no reason to make up a story like this. I just feel that the staff there are not very sensitive to customers needs all the time. As I have stated this is not the first time I have had issues with this PNP as my previous issues was in store and never got any feedback from the issues I raised back then.
