Does not even deserve stars, waiting on a refund from the 15th from pick pay asap, they keep sending the same email over and over telling me about 3-5 days but where's my money!!!! You owe me now 2 refunds for 1 orders that you marked at being " out of stock" apparently wow...first time I hear of a shop being out of stock of coke 2lts and missing items from orders that you even mark as shopped.....picknpay liberty promenade is the ultimate worse . Why have a wallet on an app when you take forever to refund money via bank accounts, a whole R250 you robbing me by and customer support is just non shalant like it's not their duty to follow up on emails and just close my tickets
