Does not deserve to be called a PNP manager

Pnp Flora Centre Roodepoort. I don't have the mangers name but today(06/10/2025) between 13h30 and 13h45 and elderly gentlemen fell in the store and passed out . I tried to assist and requested for assistance when the person approached after I had to yell and ask for help to assist the gentlemen. He in return said that he can't help if does not know what happened. Its not rocket science that when a person falls in your store that u need to know happened but rather try and assist first and then investigate. We had words because he refused to help the shopper which I clearly indicated to him that it was utterly selfish not to assist this person. Instead he became aggressive in my face coz I told he where to get off with his behavior. So I feel he does not deserve to be called a manger if does not have compassion for his customers.
