Do not use them to renew your license disk

I renewed my license disk in January, log a ticket with them on the 14 Feb 2023, called them twice and still no feedback. The last agent I spoke to Tiffany was extremely rude and not helpful at all, I would not recommend using this service as you paying for someone to take out their frustration on you. I also tried their whatsapp and no one responds.
