Do not use the Pick 'n Pay delivery app.

I ordered three items through Pick 'n Pay's Bottles app. Two were problematic. The first was an order of free-range eggs - I received regular eggs instead. For this, I got a refund. However, I then opened the bag of Pedigree dog food, and it ia full of mite. I cannot feed my dogs from this infested bag. Numerous e-mails to customer support about this, with photos as proof, have been flatly ignored.
