Do not use PNP ASAP services

Dear Pick n Pay & ASAP Services.

Order *** I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your Newton Park branch & Asap delivery. The level of service I experienced was completely unacceptable and fell far below what I would expect from a major retailer. The entire experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and a waste of my time. We've been waiting and waiting on our order, only to receive a call to say the shop has closed. Because of this experience, I have lost confidence in Pick n Pay's ability to provide reliable service. This is precisely why I have avoided using Pick n Pay in the past, and unfortunately, this incident has reinforced my decision. The crazy part about all this. You take our money and then the refund only reflects in 7days according to my bank notification. Absolutely disgusting. Will never use your service again.
