DO NOT USE PNP ASAP APP

I Placed an order on ASAP app on Sunday, Did not receive my order, could not find my order under order history. Funds was taken from my account. I've made numerous calls and emails to ASAP call center, firstly they said funds would appear in my App wallet, never happened, secondly a voucher code was issued late Tuesday afternoon, after another call and email, I tried to use the voucher, No success, today is end of day Wednesday, Funds are still out my account, today the agent at the call center said that there is technical issues on the app and the stores have an extreme back log, so they cannot guarantee deliveries, I think this should be communicated by pnp on the app. This is unacceptable and ive lost all trust in pnp and ASAP! Will definitely not use PNP in future.
