DO NOT USE PICK N PAY ONLINE STORE

I placed an online order with pick n pay online store - today I get an email stating that they won't be delivering today(friday) but have rescheduled for tomorrow. I phoned the call center to say that this is unacceptable (who sits at home on Saturday waiting for pick n pay..). They are only willing to refund me within SEVEN WORKING DAYS. Unacceptable. Last encounter with them was the same - ordered platters for my husband's birthday party and it was only delivered the next day. <br> <br> Surely there is something in the consumer protection act about getting a refund sooner. Secondly, buyers beware - pick n pay online store and the store that fulfills the order (Grove) is unrealiable. Better off spending the money at other, reliable online retailers
