DO NOT USE PICK N PAY ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order of over R800.00 with Pick n Pay ASAP on 27 June 2022. Groceries was suppose to be delivered on 28 June 2022. On the 28th the driver calls me and tells me he cant deliver my items as he was thrown with rocks by children in my road. He then asks me to come fetch the groceries at the Mcdonalds close to my home. I tell him I am at work and cant do that anf he offers to deliver the groceries to my work at an extra fee for his petrol. I tell him i already paid him a tip and he said that he received no tip and thats why I need to pay for his petrol. In the end he agrees to come drop the groceries without me giving him a tip. After 2 hours driver still had not shown up at my work which is about 10 mins from the Mcdonalds and I decide to cancel my order. I am told it would take 10 to 12 working days for my money to be paid back into my account. I wait 14 working days and no money is paid back into my account. I then call customer service who says sorry and that refund was not processed correctly and that my money will be in my account within 24 to 48 hours. That was on Tuesday 12 July 2022. I still have not received my refund. Now I would just like to know from pick n pay when I would receive my refund and are they so desprit for money that they hold peoples groceries hostage basicly for tips and consider cancelations as donations from customers? I will call customer service again tomorrow to listen ti another story about hiw my refund probably wasnt processed correctly and then I will start calling newspapers and to the tv stations as from what I see here on Hellopeter this thing that happened to me is a norm on Pick n Pay ASAP.
