DO NOT USE PICK N PAY ASAP!

I am absolutely appalled at the service I have received from Pick n Pay ASAP. I placed an order on Sunday which was canceled by PnP straight after deducting money from my account. After chatting to customer care, they promised me that I would receive my refund on the same day as I desparately needed to purchase nappies for my daughter. It is now 4 days and a lot of airtime later and Pick n Pay has still not resolved the issue nor provided any alternative. DO NOT use ASAP, stick to Checkers 60sixty or Woolies Dash. As a loyal customer, I am fed up and will never shop at Pick n Pay again!
