do not store glass in brown paper bags!

hi. Your ASAP service is useless. They were 3 hours late and packed wine into brown paper bags and broke one. When we picked upthe bag it had already soaked the paper bag and they all fell out on the floor. we lost two of three bottles as a result (I managed to catch one). This is equivalent to R 220 or so. Please refund.
