Do NOT buy from Pick n Pay Online!
Since 22 November, they have failed to deliver my order correctly. Every single day, the call centre promises me that the issue will be resolved, yet nothing happens. Now, my fridge is apparently with someone else, and they expect me to drive to Brackenfell in Cape Town to collect it! What is the point of paying for online shopping and delivery if I have to travel 1,000 km from Kempton Park to get my order? Absolutely pathetic service.

01 Dec 2025, 14:01 Please do not waste my time by issuing yet another reference number. I already have multiple reference numbers where absolutely nothing has been done. This is beyond frustrating and unacceptable. I have now escalated this matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud because Pick n Pay clearly has no regard for customer service ethics or accountability.
