Do not buy from PICK N PAY on order #***

I am extremely disappointed with Pick n Pay’s online service. I placed an order on the Pick n Pay app early on 1 September 2026, scheduled for delivery between 12:00 and 12:30. When the order did not arrive by 13:00, I emailed customer service and requested delivery at 17:00 instead.

Instead of assisting, Pick n Pay cancelled my entire order without my consent and sent an email saying my refund will take 3–5 working days. This is unacceptable. We needed food in the house, and Pick n Pay is now holding onto money that was deducted instantly.

To make matters worse, their customer service line does not answer calls, leaving customers stranded with no support.

Consumers deserve better. I warn others to be cautious when using Pick n Pay’s online shopping service. If they cancel your order, you may be left without groceries and without your money for days while they offer no help and no accountability.

Pick n Pay, please process my refund immediately. I am not waiting 5 days for funds you took instantly.
