Do not bother with PNP ASAP if you want your groceries!

The app is very glitchy and there is NO way to work around it. The use of an app is literally only to order but tracking and resolving issues can't be done. Checkers 60/60 is years ahead. Please don't waste your time with PNP ASAP.

My order now was left with security guards at my complex for some reason and the food requires refrigeration. I am physically unable to get the groceries and use a door to door delivery for SPECIFIC reasons. And I cannot resolve it because I have to go via a call centre that do not understand that online grocery delivery services work differently to other purchases.
