Do Better!

I love love shopping at Pick n Pay, it is my store of choice. I was disappointed that in my last visit at Pick n Pay in Eyethu Mall it was so full and very slow(Said the system was slow due to loadshedding) I spent 2 hours in the store on a queue, I am heavily pregnant and despite telling the security guys I was unable to stand anymore. They just said I cannot receive special treatment, I believe you can better cater for the elderly, the pregnant and everyone with special needs especially on month end weekends. The aircons weren't working either, which was such an unpleasant experience.

Please do better, this is not the Pick n Pay standard I know!
