Ditch pick n pay

Dear ABSA

I think it's time absa ditched pick and pay as its rewards partner, this retailer is lost and is on the verge of going out of business. I have had 2 terrible experiences with pick n pay in the last month which suggests that the retailer is on the verge of going out of business as they clearly don't understand basics of business and customers. They believe that saying sorry will be the focal point of their turn around strategy, since sorry has never helped anyone sorry can never help pick n pay. I urge ABSA to listen to us customers and not force us to shop at a useless retailer or else we may have to change our banks as well. As a absa rewards member I feel that shopping at pick n pay should be considered a crime since this retailer has no respect for customers.
