Disturbing treatment towards the elderly

I'd like to complain about Pick and Pay Protea Glen Mall the staff and supervisors are turning back pensioners refusing to allow them to withdraw their pension funds referring them to Shoprite stating that they don't have money. The elderly stand in long ques the whole day without being provided with chairs to sit.The service is very disgusting please do a follow up and take disciplinary action. My number is ***.
