Disturbed mother from bad customer service

On the 20 February 2021 at 7:30 pm my family and i went to pick n pay MIDWAY at BRAMLEY....And as usual we have to pray that the management does not embarrasse us over my 19 month old baby being put in a trolley...We shop the everyday all my son wanted eas to push the small trolley my baby only yo be confronted by management again that the baby is not allowed to push the trolley....They didnt care that the baby is crying we were get again treated like trolley thevies as this was not the first time... The previous week the trolley was taken from us and were told that we must not put the baby inside the trolley...On the 20th were confronted buy two management personals embarrassed yet again.....We had leave the shop without doing our groceries having being treated babdly and my husband kept on asking them what did my baby do his just a baby...Clearly your shop is not child friendly and as a mother why am i made to feel that i cant bring my baby to your store...We are regular customers and leave 2 minutes from your store we have been coming to your store for years....I would rather starve than come back to your store again i was even asking myself maybe its because mu baby and my husband are NIgerian that they are being treated this way. It hurts whenever i think that theres always issues around my baby on more than several occasions whenever we go to Pick n pay Midway...
