Disturbed

I was very disappointment with the level of response at customer help desk. I bought an item which was on sale and the PnP price label was on top of the expiring date. As I got home I removed the price label only to discover their were past their expiring date, because the prices made me suspicious.

Today I go back to return the item. The PnP employee then said, "expiring date does not matter; expiring date is only for liquid items and not solids."

It was vey disturbing to hear such reasoning from such a reputable company. I am also wondering how many other items are closed up with a sale price label in the means of profit. What about the health of our people?
