Distasteful treatment

So late at night I received bad service from Palesa Mo***eng at the Tshepisong Pnp (BP). May you help her with training on how to treat people, I asked what's her name with an attitude she said it's on the slip. Was she not supposed to have a tag on for me to know who am I speaking to??
