Dissatisfied

Hi it's been 2 months now that I have used the pick n pay ASAP, I ordered stuff but they didn't have and I requested a payment to be made into my bank account, from black Friday I have been contacting them and they keep saying they made payment and it will reflex in 3-10 working days, uptil today I have not received my money and no one is getting back to me. They are really disappointing. I would recommend people to use the asap as you will never have peace.
