Dissatisfied customer

Pick n Pay is fun and convenient until they start shocking you over and over. A few weeks back I placed an order on ASAP and did not receive my order when I called to enquire why the delivery status shows delivered but I did not receive it they told me the delivery driver made a mistake and clicked on delivered. I went to collect my own order and was not refunded. Yesterday I placed another order and received rotten watermelon. Called to log the complain, the phone rings unanswered and then after holding for minutes they want you to review the call. No help at all. What a waste
