Dissatisfied customer and arrogant store staff

Eversince lockdown this store has offered a click and collect service They have a WhatsApp nr through which one can place an order , unfortunately 6 months later this store still hasn’t figured out how to fulfill a customers basic orders , they never read their messages for hours , always blaming it on the network , they never ever get the order correct , there’s always stuff missing always incorrect and always sell incorrect sizes . They always feel we need the biggest of whatever we request and this goes on every time even if u say smaller medium They nonchalantly brush you off and make excuses Lately I found that I ordered 6 kgs of carrots but they only packed 4 kgs in the bag and insisted it’s 6 , and again the manager tried to brush me off as if it’s not a problem , they forget a customer is always right and that their store genuinely has management issues , it’s very time consuming and difficult dealing with this store but we have nonetheless given them many chances because of lockdown and not being able to go out , they treat the customer as they doing us a huge favour and so they can abuse our trust and need for their assistance I may be just one customer that’s complaining but I feel this store needs to do their homework if they want to keep me as a customer because as of now I’m discontinuing my business with them
