Dissatisfied customer

I have an RCS store card with Pick n pay and since August all correspondence from them have been sent to someone else. I have contacted them to inform them about this matter, they still send all my account information to the wrong email and cellphone number. It is really unprofessional of them to send my account information to someone else.
