DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

My name is Nthabiseng and today I had the worst experience at Pick n pay oakfields (Benoni) . On Saturday last week I shopped at pick n pay Brentwood park where on my slip they informed me my smart shopper card had earned a R50 voucher which Is valid until 13/05/2018. Today( 09/05/2018) I went to pick n pay oakfields and picked out products that totaled up to R50 and as I told the cashier I had this voucher, she tried to scan it but it didn't want to function. The lady then called the supervisor and the supervisor along with the packer proceeded to talk about me, assuming I don't know isiZulu. They speculated amongst themselves that I picked the voucher up and that I probably came in my uniform so that I can look 'honest'. They continued to comment that my slip was not perfectly straight and that they wonder what had been done to it. They speculated that I did not have any money to purchase the particular products without the voucher . I felt highly publicly humiliated and entirely disrespected in all aspects. They did not even bother to explain why I couldn't redeem my voucher. I think the pick n pay oakfields management need to take their staff for customer care training.
