Dissatisfied

Highly dissapointed in Pnp. I placed an order for delivery on Saturday Evening so my parents in JHB would recieve groceries early . The entire Sunday I had to sit sending emails and call the call center. Same story ever time. Delivery showed between 10 and 11. App showed goods have been delivered. Called my mom who has disabilities to go downstaires for her parcel. Pnp was not there. This happened 3 times, and 3 times I had to call customer support. 3 times my mom had to go downstairs for nothing. I ordered her ready to eat food so she does not have to cook. Eventually customer service offered to refund me. They send me an email saying that the refund failed 3 times ! Recieved another email today to send my banking details. Still waiting for a refund. I will never recommend using pnp app for deliveries. It's not worth the headache. Soon as I get my refund, I'm uninstalling.
