Dissatisfied

Pick n Pay ASAP has been giving me the run around regarding my money. I’ve been waiting for a refund for 7 days after 2 of my orders were cancelled after waiting for 4 hours for the delivery. I need my money as I need to do Groceries for my family. Customer service hasn’t helped me, I’ve sent more than 10 emails but no assistance!
