Dissatisfaction with ASAP delivery!

I ordered a product on the ASAP app yesterday 6 August 2024. Transaction was approved at 17:09. The delivery was supposed to be done between 17:30 and 18:00. I kept checking the app to track the progress and just after 18:00, the delivery times on the app changed. It was now set to be delivered 7 August 2024 between 8:30-9:00. No problem. However, I get an email at 20:33, 6 August notifying me that the delivery was cancelled. I then phoned the customer care this morning to find out why it was cancelled. "The driver couldn't get a hold of you" says the customer service agent. I then said, noo. That's a lie!!! Customer service agent said she will follow up and get back to me. I got a call this afternoon and again explained my situation and said I want the product which I ordered. I was told it's not available anymore. And they will give me a R75 voucher for the inconvenience!! I said, maybe today it's not, but when I ordered it yesterday, the transaction was approved. Soo I don't care if it's not available anymore, I want that product. It's a Fellowes Lunar A3 laminator. I don't want a voucher for inconvenience, no!
