Dissatisfaction , Poor service

I bought a kettle late last year from Pick n pay Meadowpoint, The kettle stopped working before it reached its guarantee time (could not switch on), on the 1st of March 2025 I returned the kettle and a replacement was given to me, i used this new one till 23rd of July as it had the same problem as the previous one, when go back to return it, a lady by the name of Boitumelo said the supplier doesnt want to take the kettle back and they wont redund me my money, I deserve a refund as I dont want their product anymore
