Dissatisfaction of service

I'm a writing to express dissatisfaction of service from Pick n pay Goldman in Florida, I requested for a cash back of R600 from Precious Ndlovu she didn't have she asked from her colleagues to my surprise all cashiers did not have, I went as far as escalating to the supervisor by the name of Zodwa Mlandu she told me straight there's nothing she can do to assist me, I am very disappointed a whole leader who did not even attempt to assist me she just stood there and gave me the nasty response
