Dissatisfaction of service

I am writing this to express dissatisfaction from Pick n pay Meadowpoint, the service is very poor I fail to understand why do we have to suffer when requesting for a withdrawal from the till, the cashiers are very rude and unfriendly, it is frustrating whenever one has a cash send one has to stress knowing that the cashier always refuse to assist, I was serviced by a lady by the name of Ronewa Mulaudzi who didn't even have a name tag i got her name from the slip, can management kindly attend to such behavior
