DISSAPPOINTED WITH PICK N PAY DELIVERIES

I placed an order online the order went through as i wait for my order i start tracking the driver and the driver then decides to go back with no warning or calling me then I decided to call him asking him why he was going back then he tells me there is a strike where I stay and there is no such and then he hangs up on me, I call him again then he becomes rude telling me if i want my order i can come and collect it at the store it's not going anywhere what was the point of me paying for delivery if this is the kind of response im going to get. I called the driver more than 4 times he then decided he will hang up on my ear. If this is the kind of service we are going to get i dont think pick n pay online is where i want to shop its not the forst time i encounter rude drivers from Pick n Pay Dobsonville this is my third experience and i did state rather my money gets sent straight to my account than in my wallet as i dint want to shop with Pick n pay online ever again his name is Sherperd Dube Business reference 0-***3-0 he is very rude then i get an sms that he didnt get hold of me where as he never even attempted to call me i kept calling him there are 4 if not 5 different routes to get to my house from dobsonville and he just never even attempted to call me. if really there was a strike he wouldnt have responed in that manner or tell me i can go anf get the order myself in the store its not going anywhere . Clearly MEANS PICK N PAY EMPLOYS ****S
